Layers of Living is a duo exhibition by Horestes Vicha and Ummi Damas that explores life as a constantly shifting process shaped by memory, relationships, space, and identity. Through textile, stitching, and material, Horestes Vicha reflects on how experience is built, mended, and reassembled. Through warm, narrative-driven figures, Ummi Damas captures the quiet stories of family, social life, and the rhythm of modern living. Together, their works become a dialogue between material and narrative, structure and emotion, the personal and the collective.
